We are looking for a hands-on, 360° commercial generalist who combines strong client-facing execution with a structured, process-driven mindset. You enjoy owning the full commercial lifecycle - from prospecting and deal execution to drawdowns and ongoing account management - while also improving the tools, workflows, and routines that help the business scale.
You’re comfortable taking ownership, challenging existing ways of working, and driving practical change through implementation. You work well across teams and like being close to customers, systems, and data.
This role is ideal for someone who wants broad responsibility early on, close exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to shape how Sales and Account Management operate as we grow.
